Robert D. Stewart started All Brite Cleaning & Restoration, Inc. out of his home in 1986 with 4 employees and 2 vehicles. Services offered then were General Cleaning, Janitorial, Maid, and Carpet Cleaning services. From 1986 to 1997 the business had grown to the point that bigger quarters were needed, and in 1997, All Brite Cleaning relocated to 21 Meadowbrook Lane in Gilford, NH, a commercial condominium in Bayview Business Park. Then in May of 2004, All Brite Cleaning relocated to a brand new 4,000 sf. facility on 5 acres of land in Gilford, NH.
All Brite Cleaning currently employs 11 full-time and 3 part-time employees with a fleet of 8 vehicles including a new Emergency Services Vehicle. The current service area encompasses the Lakes Region, Central NH, Concord, Manchester and surrounding areas.
Rob holds the following certifications: From the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration International (ASCR): Mold Remediation Technician. From the Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification (IICRC): Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer, Journeyman Fire & Water Restorer, Water Damage, Odor Control, Color Repair, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Stone, Masonry and Ceramic Tile, Master Textile Cleaner. Register #2311. These certifications were achieved by attending classes and completing written exams. Rob is also an accredited installer of Flat Glass Window Film and certified in Hardwood Floor Revitalization through Bona Kemi.
Rob is involved in a Piranha’s Platinum Plus, a strong marketing group with primary focuses on marketing and networking. This is the 2nd year that he has entered into the “Better Your Best” Contest. The contest concentrates on marketing, financials, personal reflection and accomplishments. The contest compares any 3-6 month period in the current and previous year and his winning entry won him Marketing Guru Joe Polish’s 2005 Convertible Mercedes Benz earned him the title of Ambassador & Spokesperson for Piranha for 2006. He traveled around the country speaking at various seminars and retreats sharing his marketing efforts and ideas.
Rob emphasizes a strong focus on consumer education, and has dedicated his company to providing consumers with the latest information possible, thereby empowering the consumer to make an educated decision on choosing a cleaning and/or restoration company.
